Shipping
5–8 business days, tracked. $8 flat under $150. Carbon-neutral by default.
2–3 business days with signature on delivery. Order by 12pm ET for same-day dispatch.
Where do you ship?
Worldwide, with a handful of exceptions where insured jewelry shipping isn't available. Duties and taxes are calculated at checkout for the US, Canada, UK, and EU — what you see is what you pay.
When does my order ship?
In-stock pieces dispatch within 1 business day from our US warehouse. Made-to-order and engraved pieces take 5–7 business days at the bench before shipping.
Can I track my order?
Yes — every shipment is tracked and insured door-to-door. You'll get the tracking link by email the moment it leaves us, and it also lives under My Orders.
Returns
Changed your mind? You have 30 days from delivery. Pieces come back unworn, in their original pouch — and the pre-paid label is already in your account.

Refunded to your original payment method within 5 days of arrival.
What can't be returned?
Engraved and final-sale pieces, and earrings with broken hygiene seals. Everything else — including sale items bought at up to 30% off — returns as normal.
Can I exchange instead?
Yes — choose "exchange" when starting the return and we'll ship the new size or finish as soon as the original scans at the carrier, so you're never without it.
What about defects?
Manufacturing defects are covered separately by our Quality Guarantee: replacements within 30 days, hassle-free, shipping on us both ways.
Ring Sizing
We size in US standard, 4–10 including half sizes. Two reliable ways to find yours, no printer required:
Measure the inside diameter of a well-fitting ring in millimeters, then match it in the chart below. Accurate to a quarter size.
Wrap string snugly where the ring will sit, mark the overlap, measure the length in millimeters — that's your circumference.

Between sizes?
Size up. Wide bands wear tighter than thin ones, and knuckles have opinions. Stacking rings are best snug; statement rings best comfortable.

Care Guide
Plated jewelry lives longest with three habits: last on, first off, wiped after. Here's the full routine.
Daily wear
Put jewelry on after perfume, lotion, and hairspray — chemicals are the finish's worst enemy. Take it off before the gym, the pool, and the shower.
After wear, a quick pass with the included polishing cloth removes oils before they settle.
Storage
Store each piece in its pouch, away from sunlight and other jewelry. Silver tarnishes fastest in open air — the pouch is anti-tarnish lined for exactly this reason.
Deep cleaning
Lukewarm water, a drop of mild dish soap, and a soft brush. Rinse, pat dry, finish with the cloth. Never use silver dip, ultrasonic cleaners, or toothpaste on plated pieces.
Re-plating
Plating is a surface layer, not a solid metal. Every plated piece thins with wear eventually. When yours eventually thins — years, not weeks — our re-plating service restores the finish for a flat $25 including return shipping,We may decline pieces beyond restoration.
